slang Often contracted colloquially as "feelin' it."
1. Interested in or approving of something. A: "Does this hair color look too fake?" B: "Not at all. I'm really feelin' it! It honestly makes you look 10 years younger." There was just a weird vibe at the party—that's why I left early. I wasn't feeling it. I don't care if sequins on New Year's Eve are cliché—I'm feeling it, so that's what I'm wearing!
2. Enjoying and moving to the beat of a song. A: "Whoa, Dad's really feelin' it on the dance floor!" B: "I know! It's like he's on Soul Train or something!" You can tell the trumpet player is really feeling it—he's playing his heart out up there. The kids at the roller rink were totally feeling it and having a blast.
