An acronym of "there ought to be a law," meaning something objectionable that has happened or that someone did should be against the law. Used exclusively in written communications. A: "And then they told me that I couldn't get on the flight because it had been overbooked, even though I had paid for my ticket!" B: "TOBAL smh" Behavior like that is just disgusting to me—TOBAL.
