1. slang Not graphic, promiscuous, explicit, risky, etc.; tame or mild. A reference to the Motion Picture Association (MPA) film rating of PG, which stands for "Parental Guidance Suggested," given to films that are generally suited to young audiences but may require parental discretion. Apparently the haunted house got a lot of complaints about all the gory effects they used last year, so it's going to be pretty PG this Halloween. A: "So, how was your date? Any scintillating details to share?" B: "Nah, it was pretty PG. He wants to take things slow."
2. An abbreviation for "pregnant." Used especially in text messages and online communications. I nearly had a heart attack—my girlfriend just told me she might be PG! I doubt you're PG from the sounds of things, xDarkWing87x. But you should go to your doctor to be sure.
