Fred Nerk

A man whose identity is unknown or being protected, as in legal proceedings. The spellings "Nerks" and "Nurk" can also be used. Primarily heard in Australia. The victim is a Fred Nerk—no identification was found on him. The case was brought by a Fred Nerk, so we don't know the true identity of the man suing us.
