noogie

1. noun The act of rubbing one's knuckles forcefully against another's scalp, typically as a playful prank. My older brother always gives me a noogie whenever I see him.
2. noun To rub one's knuckles on another's scalp in such a manner. Each of the fours boys took turns noogying their friend.
