In full favor or support of someone or something. I'm all for eating healthy foods, but I just can't stand the taste of broccoli. A: "The project needs a serious overhall." B: "Look, we're all for it, but it all depends on whether or not the boss agrees." Pretty much everyone you talk to seems all for the new mayor, so she must be doing a good job.
