An initialism for "And I think you do," typically said along with "If you know what I mean" when the speaker thinks the listener has understood their insinuation. If Jen didn't come home last night, then I bet she and Bill were preoccupied with some extracurricular activities, if you know what I mean—AITYD The boss wants the snitch "taken care of," if you get my meaning.
