I have no strong feelings (about something) one way or the other. A: "Where do you want to go for dinner?" B: "Makes no difference to me—wherever you want to go is fine." Look, it makes no difference to me if you want to stay here on the farm or go find a job in New York City. It's up to you. If I'm being honest, both of those movies sound terrible, so it really makes no difference to me which one we see.
