anti-vax

Opposed to the administering of vaccines, especially to children. "Vax" is short for "vaccine." Many people believe that the anti-vax movement puts our whole society at risk. People who are anti-vax usually believe that vaccines are linked to illness. As the anti-vax movement has taken hold around here, there has been an uptick in cases of measles.
