Time management is more like a general theory that you need to adopt, it does not mean that you have to go for doing everything you can possibly do in the shortest time available, but doing right things at the right time in right way, an orderly and well plan work plan and working methods.
Time management is not about doing too many things in less time but doing right things at right time in right way.
If the issue of the time in you continue to push yourself too hard you put yourself in a position that will have you going from poor performance to much worse.
