Well, that is all very well and good, but that is not all there is to know, and this notion that we somehow, as Protestants, can understand and explain everything--not just as Protestants but as western Protestants, and not just as western Protestants but as American western Protestants, and not just as American western Protestants but as American western modern Protestants--that we have it all down; and that's why there's no more fun in it.
