laid-back
a person who is laid-back is very relaxed and does not get anxious or angry very often I can imagine he's good to work for - he seems very laid-back. He comes across as your typical laid-back Californian.

Such is the Utopian laid-backness of it all here at the Conwy Nature Reserve alongside the majestic Afon Conwy, rumbling past on its final few steps to the sea, that one can easily forget how close you really are to the concrete jungle.
I mean what's the point of being in Africa if you can't immediately take all your clothes off and lie back in that laid-backness.
