Forewarned is Forearmed Almost all homes have home surveillance of sorts and it''s a sure bet that these homes and apartments are geared with outdoor surveillance cameras.
It had to happen some time so I'm operating on the sooner rather than later is better - forewarned is forearmed, so to speak.
