To take action that is risky or otherwise does not utilize or rely on things that provide safety. Your company doesn't have insurance? Personally, I would never work without a net like that. I used to be afraid of giving up my day job to pursue my art professionally, but working without a net has been freeing. I feel like I finally have enough time and energy to truly tap into my creativity.
