(old-fashioned) used when you are going to say something important to somebody and you are annoyed or angry: Look here, I’ve been waiting to be served for half an hour. The service here is terrible. ♢ Look here, I paid a lot of money for this car. I certainly didn’t expect it to break down after a month.
