Mentally unsound. I would steer clear of that guy, he seems a little funny in the head. My uncle is always saying the strangest things, and if you didn't know him, you'd think he was a little funny in the head. You can't tell people you want to start a business selling bees as pets—they'll think you're funny up in the head!
