unqualified opinion

A statement from an auditor indicating that they found no issues with the financial documents they reviewed while completing the audit. A: "If the auditors give us an unqualified opinion, that's good news, right?" B: "It means that our financial records represent our actual financial position in their eyes. That should make our investors feel more confident in the company."
