To be dressed for a certain event or activity. Once the kids are all togged out in their bathing suits, I'll take them to the beach. It's just so rare for everyone in the family to be all togged out in their Sunday best. We've got to take a picture! I'm already tearing up after seeing Ella and her classmates all togged out in caps and gowns!
