the night is young

Said when one believes that there is still a lot of time (to do something) because it is not very late at night. A: "Thanks for dinner. I think I'll start heading home." B: "What, already? Come on, let's go to a bar or something. The night is young!" A: "Aren't you tired?" B: "Nah, the night's young."
