Organisers also held another event, the CEO
Sleep Out, which saw business chiefs take part at the Riverside Stadium in March.
Mark Amyes, director of Jaffabox, said: "The Big
Sleep Out captures the imagination of everyone who takes part including my staff.
"Last year, a very sporting group of 80-plus intrepid people took part in our first, and highly successful, Corporate
Sleep Out; this event raised over pounds 28,000 for our work with homeless young people and those in danger of becoming homeless."
Steve Rainbow, St Basils fundraising officer responsible for the
Sleep Out, said: "One in 20 young people in the Midlands are at risk of becoming homeless.

The charity's annual
Sleep Out, which has been running for the last 18 years, was the largest yet with record numbers of people signing up to take part in one of the regions biggest fundraising events of the year.
The charity is staging a "
Sleep Out" on that date when people will be sponsored to sleep rough.

So far more than 850 people have signed up for St Basil's
Sleep Out event on November 30, but the charity for the homeless wants to beat last year's total of pounds 40,000.
