rocks in (one's) head
rocks in (one's) head
Used to indicate one's complete stupidity, craziness, or absurdity. You've got rocks in your head if you think the bank will approve you for another loan. I've never seen so many errors in an accounting ledger in my life. Whoever did this must have rocks in their head.
