1. rude slang Something that is extremely difficult, aggravating, or stressful. I'm trying to get this panel open, but it's being a real bitch! Man, taxes are always a real bitch each year, huh?

2. rude slang A woman or girl considered unpleasant, difficult, or strident. You can be a real bitch sometimes, Janet, you know that? A: "I can't believe she said that about me!" B: "I know, she's a real bitch."

3. rude slang A person considered cowardly or effeminate. A: "No way am I going to vandalize a school!" B: "You're a real bitch, Jerry."
