1. Overwhelmed by intense emotions. Boy, he really got racked up over the death of his dog. You're the only man who's ever gotten me racked up like this.
2. Having incurred many physical injuries or much abuse; beaten up. You can really get racked up playing rugby if you don't use the proper form and technique. He was pretty racked up by the end of the fight.
