Have not seen any trace or evidence of someone or something. I don't know where Mike went. I haven't seen hide nor hair of him all day. Police so far have not seen hide nor hair of the suspect. I haven't seen hide nor hair of that report. Are you sure you put it on my desk?

(spoken) not see somebody/something for some time: I haven’t seen hide nor hair of her for a month.
Hide here means ‘skin’.
