magical moment

A brief but particularly memorable, emotional, or wondrous moment in time. The video captures the magical moment a father is reunited with his children after working overseas for nearly two years. I just got to hold a physical copy of my first book for the first time, and, let me tell you, it was a magical moment.

Magical Negro

In film and literature, a stock black character who exists solely to aid white characters, often through the use of magical powers or mystical intuition. Also known as the "saintly black character." "The Green Mile" is often cited as a film that perpetuates the Magical Negro trope.
