look down (one's) nose

To act in a haughty or snobbish manner because one regards oneself as superior (to someone else). The well-dressed businessman looked down his nose at the homeless man sitting on the corner. Jane has been looking down her nose ever since they promoted her to manager.

(informal, especially British English) behave in a way that suggests that you think that you are better than somebody, or that something is not good enough for you: Why do you always look down your nose at people who have less money than you?
