A phrase said when one hasn't communicated with someone else for a long time. Modeled on the phrase "long time, no see." Hey, Jenna, long time, no talk! What are you doing these days? A: "Hi, John! Sorry for calling you out of the blue like this, but I wanted to catch up." B: "No problem, Tom. You're right—long time, no talk!"
