kiss (one) on (some place)

To give one a kiss on a particular part of one's body. My grandmother kissed me on the cheek, leaving a bright red smear of lipstick behind. She kissed her son on the spot where he had hurt his elbow.

to kiss someone on a particular place. He kissed her right on the tip of her nose. She was kissed on the tip of her nose.
