The ability to kick well. Used especially in reference to sports. A: "Do you think he'll be able to score?" B: "I don't know. He doesn't seem to be wearing his kicking boots today." Anderson definitely brought his kicking boots for that game, successfully kicking all eight field goals he attempted.
