slang A phrase used to indicate one's identification with something, often in a self-deprecating, humorous way. Although less common, constructions like "it you" and others can be used to point out the similarities between something and someone else. Mid-yawn, she saw the picture her sister had texted her of Anna from Frozen unglamorously waking up on coronation day and texted back, "It me." "Yeah, it me," I sighed as I watched the character on TV trip all over his words in the presence of his crush. A: "This is totally you! You procrastinate like no one else!" B: "Ah, yeah, it me."
