Is very similar to someone or something. When Lizzie starts yelling at people like that, she is her mother all over. You're definitely a coach all over when you make the kids run laps like that on a Friday afternoon! Paul thinks he's the boss all over with those dumb inspirational speeches, but most of us can't wait for our real boss to come back from maternity leave.
