To surreptitiously gain access to a particular group or thing, as to monitor or affect their activities. The boss is starting to wonder if an undercover cop has infiltrated our group. Geez, would you quit trying to infiltrate all aspects of my life? And how exactly do you think we'll be able to infiltrate their complex security system?
