1. Indifferent; unemotional. I know you've said that Olivia is very warm and friendly, but I've only ever known her to be ice-cold. If Michael's being ice-cold to you, it's probably because he's mad about your impending move. People think I'm ice-cold, but I'm just your average girl with social anxiety and abandonment issues!
2. Especially cruel or remorseless. They fired him right in front of his wife and children? Wow, that's ice-cold. He's an ice-cold killer. He murdered seven people and didn't even blink. I can't believe the team just cut an 11–year veteran like that. Talk about ice-cold!
