hurl (someone or something) at (someone or something)

To forcefully throw someone or something at someone or something. He can't believe he hurled the ball at your head like that, sheesh! Of course the window shattered! What did you think would happen when you hurled a rock at a window? I asked you to pass me my phone, not to hurl it at me!
