hot streak

A period of continuous good fortune and success, usually in the context of sports or games. Boy, was I on a hot streak at the craps table last night! You won't believe how much money I made! The team's been on a real hot streak, winning seven of their last nine games. Sadly, her hot streak came to an end last night, as she failed to score for the first time in five games.
