slang Currently using, intoxicated by, or addicted to heroin. "Horse" is a slang term for heroin. This is your first time getting horsed? Just be sure to take it slowly, OK? You can tell Tara's horsed again—she's been really sick looking and out of it lately. I don't do hard drugs, so, no, I'm not horsed, thank you very much.
