To have sound judgment. I'm not surprised that Melissa invests most of her paycheck instead of spending it frivolously because she's always had her head screwed on right. Someone who has their head screwed on right would not go to that seedy part of town late at night! What was he thinking? Fame can destabilize anyone—even "ordinary" people who seem to have their heads screwed on right.
