To have an excess or surplus of something at one's disposal. Oh, if we had money to play with, I definitely would have replaced the hideous flooring in here already. That upscale boutique caters to bored housewives who have money to play with—who else would spend $400 on a candle? I'm getting married in five days—I don't exactly have spare time to play with right now!
