have (someone or something) slated for (something)

To have something planned, scheduled, or organized for someone or something. I know the board of directors had me slated for a promotion and a pay raise, but downturns in the economy has put that on hold for now. The band revealed on social media that they have a new album slated for release this fall. Ugh, why does the boss have this meeting slated for 4:00 on Friday afternoon?
