To cause one to laugh hysterically. That guy always has me in stitches—he's a great stand-up comic. A: "How was your date?" B: "Great! I was surprised by how funny she is—she had me in stitches for most of the evening." Sarah's brother is just hilarious. You'll love him, he'll have you in stitches.
