hash cannon

slang A device used for the smoking of substances like hashish and marijuana. I've never used a hash cannon before—how does it work? Do I need to use a hash cannon with this stuff? The room reeked of weed, but they were smoking with something I'd never seen before. I later found out it was a hash cannon.
