slang To make a U-turn (a turn in which the person completely reverses direction), especially in a car. Dang it, I forgot my keys! Hang a huey up ahead so I can go back and get them. Once I realized I was going the wrong way, I had to hang a huey at the next light. When I saw Mary in the hallway, I hung a huey and went back the way I came.
