slang Someone apt to consume large quantities of alcohol. Geez, if I go to the bar again this week, I'm gonna look like a real guzzle-guts! Yeah, I drink sometimes, but I'm no guzzle-guts. I just have a glass of wine every so often. I used to be a real guzzle-guts and spent all of my time in bars, but that was before I went to rehab.
