gush (out) from (someone or something)

To rush or flow out of someone or something in an uncontrolled manner. We had to turn around because water was gushing out from the fire hydrant at the end of the street. I got so flustered when I saw him that the words that just started gushing from me—I don't even know what I said! In the end, Dad wasn't seriously hurt, but, boy, does blood gush from facial injuries! It's totally panic-inducing to see.
