1. To proceed with something to completion. He's intrigued by our proposal, but I doubt he'll go all the way and approve it. What we need is an investor who will go all the way and commit money to our business! If you're going to clean the living room, can you please go all the way and dust the baseboards as well?
2. slang To have sex (typically sexual intercourse). Did you go all the way with your date last night? A: "You still haven't gone all the way with Jack?" B: "No. I'm just not ready to take our relationship to that level yet."

Euph. to have sexual intercourse with someone. If you go all the way, you stand a chance of getting pregnant. I've heard that they go to bed all the time.
