get the sniffles

To catch a cold, usually a minor one. My daughter seems to have gotten the sniffles from someone at daycare. Any time I'm around the grandkids, I seem to get the sniffles too. Ugh, I don't know how I got the sniffles, but I'm not feeling great this morning.
