slang To become extremely or excessively excited (about something). Everyone I know is getting stoked out of their minds about the new Roboformers movie next week! I'm getting stoked out of my mind for the trip to Europe this summer. It's something I've been wanting to do for years! I'm not one to get stoked out of my mind about my birthday. It's just another day to me.
