get round to (something)

1. To eventually find time to do some task; to come to something or some task after a certain length of time. Do you think you could finally get round to cleaning your room today? It's a pigsty in there! I have so many books that I don't know how I'll get round to each one! Oh man, I haven't gotten round to printing that document yet—just give me a sec, I'll do it right now.
2. To make one's way to some specific destination, especially in order to accomplish a particular task. I'm so busy today that I just don't know when I'll get round to the bank. I need to get round to my apartment during lunch to pick up some things. She still hasn't gotten round to the doctor? But that cough of hers is just getting worse.
