get (one's) nose cold

slang To ingest cocaine by snorting it through the nose. I used to get my nose cold all the time, long before I went to rehab. I smoke pot sometimes, but I never get my nose cold, no way. I steer clear of those hard drugs. Someone needs to warn these naïve kids about drugs. Once you start to get your nose cold, good luck stopping.
