get (one's) hands off (of) (something or someone)

To refrain from touching, grabbing, or handling something or someone. Usually used as an imperative. You kids get your hands off those cookies, they're for after dinner! I have every right to be on this property, so get your hands off of me! That television is brand new, so get your hands off!
